Key Responsibilities
Pilot Support & Onboarding

  • Serve as the primary local point of contact for pilots attending screenings and throughout their assignment.

  • Assist pilots with acclimation to Morocco, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable in a new environment.
  • Provide guidance on:
    • Housing options
    • Transportation
    • Local amenities (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.)
  • Answer basic, day-to-day questions and escalate issues as needed to headquarters.

Client Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between pilots, the client, and U.S. headquarters.
  • Coordinate closely with the client to support operational needs.
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication between all stakeholders.
  • Help resolve minor operational or administrative issues locally before escalation.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide on-the-ground administrative support to the client as required.
  • Assist with documentation, coordination, and scheduling support related to pilot activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of screenings, onboarding, and ongoing assignments.
  • Ensure timely responses and updates between pilots, clients, and U.S.-based team members.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Organize and host quarterly pilot gatherings (e.g., dinners, coffee meetups).
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive community for pilots living and working in Morocco.
  • Serve as a cultural bridge to help pilots integrate both professionally and socially.

Qualifications

  • Based in Casablanca, Morocco with strong local knowledge.
  • Professional fluency in English (required); Arabic and/or French strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to evolving needs.
  • Comfortable working independently.
