The Flight Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, prioritizing safety, and exceeding client expectations. This role requires meticulous planning, organization, and excellent communication skills to ensure the highest quality service is consistently provided to our clients. The Flight Coordinator will work closely with pilots, ground personnel, and other operational team members to maintain a high standard of safety and efficiency.
The Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Nighttime Flight Coordinator to join our team. This position requires someone who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and has the ability to keep operations running smoothly during overnight hours.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and monitor flight schedules, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with pilots, clients, and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs).
- Handle schedule changes, client requests, and last-minute adjustments efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
- Release flights in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
- Provide accurate quotes to clients promptly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- Aviation or dispatch experience preferred (Part 135 experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Aviation weather and NOTAM’s.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to proactively identify challenges and anticipate alternative options.
- Proficiency with CAMP, FMS Software, Expensify, Flight Bridge, Foreflight, Microsoft Suite.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
