Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and camaraderie.
- Serve as Captain on CJ3+, CJ4, and Citation XL missions, including critical organ transplant flights.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling, maintenance, and dispatch operations.
- Participate in the 8-on, 6-off rotation schedule, prioritizing both operational needs and personal well-being.
- Be a driving force in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

- Dallas or Houston (relocation provided for the right candidate)
Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- 3+ years of PIC experience under 135
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Experience in organ procurement missions or similar operations is a plus.
