Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and camaraderie.
• Serve as Captain on CJ3+, CJ4, and Citation XL missions, including critical organ transplant flights.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling, maintenance, and dispatch operations.
• Participate in the 8-on, 6-off rotation schedule, prioritizing both operational needs and personal well-being.
• Be a driving force in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• 3+ years of PIC experience under 135
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Experience in organ procurement missions or similar operations is a plus.
