Sun PhuQuoc Airways (SPA), Vietnam’s first “resort-in-the-sky” airline developed by Sun Group, is expanding its international operations and is seeking experienced A320 Captains for 2026 start dates.
This opportunity offers command positions on an expanding long-haul and regional network across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East, with flexible roster options and strong lifestyle benefits in one of Asia’s fastest-growing aviation markets.
Contract positions are offered on a 2-year renewable basis with IMMEDIATE screening and streamlined assessment.
Bases:
- Phu Quoc (PQC)
- Hanoi (HAN)
- Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)
Roster Options:
- 5 Weeks ON / 1 Week OFF
- 9 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
- 16 days annual leave per calendar year (combinable with roster leave)

Minimum Requirements:
- 4,500 hours on multi-crew airplanes
- 1,500 total PIC hours
- 500 PIC hours on A320
- 1,500 hours on A320
- Last A320 PIC flight within 12 months, preferred
- EASA/FAA/ICAO ATPL with valid IR on applied aircraft type
- ICAO Level 4 in English
- Class 1 Medical
