The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team in Ireland. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in aviation recruitment who is ready to take on more responsibility—and who aspires to step into a Recruitment Manager role in the near future.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for aviation professionals (pilots, cabin crew, maintenance, operations, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through creative sourcing strategies
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience
  • Support strategic recruitment initiatives across EMEA and global markets
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements
  • Assist leadership with data tracking, reporting, and KPI development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in aviation or technical recruitment preferred
  • Strong understanding of the aviation staffing landscape, regulations, and client expectations
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring targets in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative global team
  • Based in Ireland, with the ability to occasionally travel if needed
