We are actively recruiting for a Lead A&P Mechanic position on behalf of a growing FAA-certified Part 145 Repair Station that offers general aviation maintenance, charter services, and pilot training.
Due to increased demand and business expansion, a new maintenance facility is being established in the greater Philadelphia area. This is a unique opportunity to lead day-to-day operations, build and mentor a team, and help shape the foundation of a brand-new MRO facility.

Basic Requirements:
- FAA A&P License with Inspection Authorization (I/A)
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role with direct, hands-on involvement in maintaining business or general aviation aircraft.
- Familiarity with both piston and turbine engines is preferred
- PT6 engine exposure is a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude
