Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Flight Scheduler / Dispatcher to provide part-time operational support. Competitive pay is offered, with potential to transition to a full-time role.

Details:

• Schedule: Flexible, 3-4 days/week, Mon-Thurs, 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00
• Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Flight planning and operational coordination
• Crew logistics, trip support, and weather updates
• Communicate with pilots, clients, and vendors
• Familiarity with Avianis, Tivoli, and ForeFlight preferred

Qualifications:

• Flight scheduling or dispatch experience
• Knowledge of FAR 91/135 operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• FAA Dispatcher certificate a plus
