Emirates Flight Training is a progressive, world-class training organization that operates under Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) and is among a select group of global operators fully implementing Evidence-Based Training (EBT).
 
As part of Emirates Airline’s ongoing growth, they are seeking experienced aviation professionals to join their Flight Training Department in a non-flying, ground-based role as a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) and Synthetic Flight Examiner  (SFE). The role involves delivering simulator-based instruction using Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTD), conducting ground school sessions, and performing training and checking duties in full compliance with GCAA regulations and Emirates’ internal standards.

• Salary:
• SFI (Airbus/Boeing) – Enjoy a tax-free annual basic salary of up to AED 423,360 (USD 115,265)
• SFE (Airbus/Boeing) – Enjoy a tax-free annual basic salary of up to AED 376,320 (USD 102,460)
• Instructors – Enjoy a tax-free annual basic salary of up to AED 289,900 (USD 78,900) 

Role Requirements

SFI-SFE

• Hold or previously held a CPL or ATPL
• 1,500 hours PIC on multi-pilot jet aircraft
• At least 12 months’ experience as an instructor and/or examiner
• ELP Level 4 or above

FLIGHT INSTRUCTORS

• 700 hours Total Time
• 500 hours instructional time
• 200 hours IFR time
• CPL or ATPL with Single-Engine Class Rating
• Flight Instructor Rating with Night & Instrument privileges
• ELP Level 5 or above
• Class 1 Medical
• Valid LPC
• Experience delivering ab-initio flight training within a large ATO
